Burberry made it Rain

Hooray for London Fashion Week, I could get carried away writing about all my favorite shows but I'll try and limit myself... I loved the Burberry Fall 2012 collection... from the studded biker gloves to the cute bird print tops (The owls were my favorite) waist cinched in with pretty bow belts, perfect for hourglass figures... I would buy the whole collection if I could. The finale was brilliant... fake rain (well you cant have those beautiful clothes getting wet) and the models carrying umbrellas down the runway... genius!

Spread a little LOVE

I "Love" that each issue is available with multiple cover model options, with all these beauties it's hard to believe this relatively young magazine is only just printing their 7th Issue... I'd really like to start doing a "Today I'm wearing" feature on my blog but seriously in this FREEZING weather, fashion takes a back seat to pure layers... feeling a bit like the episode from Friends where Joey puts on all Chandlers clothes "Could I BE wearing anymore clothes" haha Brrrr...

David Beckham for H&M

Yep all the cool kids are getting involved with H&M these days. I previewed the latest Versace collection in Selfridges last weekend... the prints were nice but the fabric reflected the price tag, but hey... the label said Versace and I'm sure that will do it for some.

Punky Hair

It's kinda ironic I'm writing about this, as I tend to play it very safe with my hair... After an incident with "Sun-In" aged 11, followed by a rather dramatic Princess Diana style hair cut (not out of choice... My mum made me have it all cut off to teach me a lesson for messing with my long dark hair... which I unfortunately and accidentally turned a frazzled yellow) I have been a little afraid of hairdressers so my locks have stayed fairly long and dark ever since... trademark look ;)

However I do have a huge amount of admiration for girls who are somewhat chameleon-like with their tresses... and I'm finding myself a little enchanted by punky bright colours at the moment!
