I woke up feeling like I was in an igloo this morning, and in anticipation of this weekends snowy weather forecast my mind (and Google browser) was drawn to researching snowy skiing adventures. I stumbled across this amazing resort in the Swiss Alps. The White Pod Alpine Ski Resort is located 1700 meters above sea level in the village of Les Cerniers and consists of 15 original accommodation units in the shape of igloos.
I'm back from Cervinia, with buns of steel and a slightly questionable tan (I desperately tried to avoid the goggle marks but with 7 days of sun-drenched skiing it wasn't easy). Here's a few pics from my trip...
